We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all one-time website projects. If you're not happy with our work, you get your money back. Simple.
How it works for one-time projects (websites)
Our standard refund policy for one-time projects:
- 7-day window: Refund request must be submitted within 7 days of website launch (i.e., when we push it live to your domain)
- Revisions first: You must have given us at least 2 rounds of revisions to address your concerns. We can't refund without trying to fix the issue first.
- Processing time: Refunds processed within 14 business days via the original payment method (Stripe, Razorpay, Wise, bank transfer, etc.)
- Third-party costs deducted: If we've already incurred costs for premium plugins, stock photos, paid hosting, etc. on your behalf, those amounts are deducted from the refund.
- Domain ownership: If a domain was registered on your behalf, that domain remains yours (we don't reclaim it).
Care plans (Sambhal Lo monthly subscriptions)
Care plans are different — they're ongoing monthly services. Our policy:
- No refunds for partial months: If you cancel mid-month, the current month's fee is non-refundable.
- No future charges: But once you cancel, no further monthly charges happen.
- Annual prepay refunds: If you paid annually upfront, we refund the unused months pro-rata (minus a small admin fee of CAD 50).
- Cancel anytime: No long contracts, no exit fees beyond the above.
SEO services
SEO services are non-refundable once work has started, since we incur immediate costs (content writing, link building, etc.). However:
- If we materially fail to deliver the agreed scope, we'll work on it until corrected at no extra cost.
- If you cancel mid-month, we complete work for that month, then stop — no future billing.
- Setup fees (one-time) are non-refundable once setup work has begun.
Ad management services
Our ad management retainers are similarly non-refundable for past months — but you can cancel future months anytime. Note:
- The ad spend that goes directly to Google or Meta is between you and them. We don't process or refund those amounts.
- Our management fee (15% of ad spend or CAD 999/month minimum) is non-refundable for completed work.
What's NOT refundable
- Domain registration fees (paid to registrars like GoDaddy, Namecheap)
- Premium plugin licenses (paid to plugin developers)
- Stock photo purchases (paid to Shutterstock, Adobe Stock, etc.)
- Hosting fees (paid to hosting providers like A2 Hosting)
- Payment processor fees (Stripe, Razorpay charge ~2.9% + processing fees that are non-recoverable)

- Original invoice or receipt
- Reason for refund (helps us improve)
- Confirmation of payment method to refund to
We respond within 4 hours and process within 14 business days. No interrogation, no guilt trips.
Disputes
If you ever feel a refund decision was unfair, escalate to the founderlamba.km@gmail.com directly (founder). We'll review personally and find a solution.
For unresolvable disputes, governing law is India (Ludhiana, Punjab) — but we always try to resolve amicably first.
