3. Why we collect this data
- To respond to your enquiry: We need name + contact info to reply with a quote
- To deliver our services: Your project info helps us build what you need
- To process payments: Required by Stripe, Razorpay, banks
- To send updates: Project status, invoices, support emails
- To improve our website: Analytics tell us which pages help, which don't
- For legal compliance: Tax records, GDPR/DPDP Act requests, fraud prevention

- Hosted with reputable providers (A2 Hosting, Hostinger, Cloudflare)
- Access restricted to Marketing4Leads team members on a need-to-know basis
- Lead enquiry data retained for 24 months, then deleted
- Client project files retained for the duration of our relationship + 6 years (for tax/legal records)
5. Sharing with third parties
We share data only with service providers we use to operate our business. Specifically:
- Email service: Gmail / Google Workspace (for replying to enquiries)
- Payment processors: Stripe, Razorpay, Wise (for payments)
- Analytics: Google Analytics (anonymised page views)
- Hosting: A2 Hosting, Cloudflare (for website infrastructure)
- Legal authorities: Only if compelled by valid legal process (rare, but transparent)
We do not share your data with marketing companies, advertisers, or sell it.
6. Cookies & tracking
We use cookies for two purposes only:
- Essential cookies: Keep you logged in, remember your form inputs, prevent spam
- Analytics cookies: Google Analytics — anonymised page view tracking
